Adult Hatha Yoga


This Hatha Yoga class concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga

uses body postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (dyana), with the goal of bringing

about a sound, healthy body and clear, peaceful mind. No previous yoga experience is

required. All levels are welcome.


Duration of the Class: 1 hour
Duration of the Program: 4 weeks
Day & Time:   Wednesday’s, from January 9, 2019.  10am – 11am
