Fresh air, snowmen and hot chocolate

Get ready for our snowman building contest, sledding and hot chocolate with marshmallow picnics (weather permitting).

We make sure every moment outdoors is enjoyed to the fullest, so each child comes back in refreshed and rejuvenated.

04 · Physical education

Active games every day

Daily exercises in the form of games, planned for the healthy physical development of every child, plus our giant indoor play structure for when it's too cold to stay out.

Winter Camp FAQs

How will you ensure safety and cleanliness?+
Children are divided into cohorts of 10 kids with 1 leader and rotate through camp activities. Each station is sanitized after use and children wash their hands after each activity. Hand sanitizer is available and children are monitored to make sure they're not sharing food. We clean consistently throughout the day, fully clean the facility every evening, run an air purifier, and have the facility professionally cleaned at the end of each week.
How do I register for camp?+
Purchase your camp days in our online store, or call us and we'll send you a registration form. The form must be completed before camp starts.
How do I pay for camp?+
Pay online in our e-store, or call us and we'll process your payment over the phone. Additional services such as hot lunches or extended care must be paid in advance online or by phone. We don't take in-store payments.
Is there a waitlist?+
Yes. If the days you want are sold out, let us know and we'll add you to the waitlist. If a spot opens, we'll contact you directly.
Do you accept subsidies?+
Yes, we accept subsidies. Please check with your subsidy provider that our camp qualifies; we'll provide you with an invoice.
What is the cancellation policy?+
  • 4 weeks' notice before camp starts: 100% refund minus a $15 processing fee.
  • Less than 4 weeks: 75% store credit minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Less than 2 weeks: 50% store credit minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Less than 1 week: no store credit.
  • No credit is given for absent days; missed days can't be made up, including early removal from the program.
  • A 75% store credit for medical reasons may be considered with a written request and doctor's note received within a week of the missed session.
  • Store credit is valid for 30 days and can be used on any of our products, including Summer Camp.
Can I transfer to another week?+
Campers can transfer at no charge to another week in the same season with at least 2 weeks' notice, if space is available. Kaleidoscoppe may change its policies without notice.

Winter break spots are limited
