Mom and Baby Yoga

 Tuesdays  9:30 am – 10:30am

All moms and infants before one year are welcome to join us here in our facility for some energizing stretches, movements, breathing, core strengths, baby massage and much more with your little ones.

Prenatal Yoga 

Tuesdays  11:00am to 12:00

                 Our classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed  especially for the pregnant woman’s needs. These Yoga poses will allow you to relieve some of the intense pressure and to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and after effects of birth.

  Pregnant women who practice Yoga are better prepared for labor and delivery.
